Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE IMPACTO E MéTODO PARA GERAR PULSO DE FORçA EM TAL DISPOSITIVO". Um dispositivo de impacto operado por pressão de fluido que compreende um quadro, (2) ao qual é montada uma ferramenta (3) de forma móvel em seu sentido longitudinal, e meios de controle (7) para controle de alimentação de fluido de pressão ao dispositivo de impacto (1), assim como um método para gerar um pulso de força em um dispositivo de impacto operado por pressão de fluido. O dispositivo de impacto (1) compreende uma câmara de trabalho (8) e um pistão de transmissão (9) que se move dentro dela. Meios de carga de energia para carregar energia do fluido de pressão e meios de controle são acoplados para permitir que periodicamente alternadamente o fluido de pressão flua para a câmara de trabalho (8) e, correspondentemente, descarregue o fluido de pressão da câmara de trabalho (8). No método, o fluido de pressão é alimentado à câmara de trabalho (8), que produz uma força que empurra o pistão de transmissão (9) no sentido da ferramenta (3), gerando assim um pulso de força na ferramenta (3).
