Abstract

"MéTODO DE SELETIVAMENTE PRODUZIR PLANTAS MACHO OU FêMEA ESTéREIS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de produção de plantas estéreis macho ou fêmea, compreendendo proporcionar meios para inativação de um herbicida e meios para reativação do herbicida assim inativado, caracterizado pelo fato de que o meio de inativação de herbicida é fornecido dentro de tecidos vegetativos e o meio de reativação é fornecido nas estruturas reprodutoras macho ou fêmea da planta, de modo que as estruturas vegetativas, mas não reprodutoras, são protegidas da atividade fitotóxica do herbicida quando o mesmo é aplicado à planta.
