Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE MINéRIO COM UMA COTA FINA CONTENDO AGLOMERADOS VERDES". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de minério com uma cota fina, com matérias aditivas e eventualmente com aglomerados verdes contendo um aglutinante, que estão providos de um revestimento formado de combustível contendo carbono granulado fino, como, por exemplo, coque, o minério é misturado com as matérias aditivas e, eventualmente, com o aglutinante existente, a mistura é transformada em pélete e os aglomerados verdes formados assim com alimentação do combustível são revestidos com o combustível em um tambor de aglomeração (7). A fim de possibilitar uma seqüência de produção contínua de granulados verdes de qualidade uniforme, a mistura é transformada em pélete no tambor de aglomeração (7), e o combustível é adicionado em uma área (11) da extensão longitudinal do tambor de aglomeração (7), na qual os aglomerados que se formam no tambor de aglomeração (7) apresentam o tamanho desejado para um processamento completo.
