Abstract
"COMPOSIçõES ADOçANTES COM UM PERFIL DE DOçURA E SABOR EQUIPARáVEL AO HFCS 55". A presente invenção refere-se a composições adoçantes usadas para produzir alimentos com um perfil de doçura e sabor equiparável ao do HFCS 55. As composições adoçantes geralmente incluem pelo menos um adoçante carboidratado selecionado do grupo que consiste em HFCS 55, HFCS 42 e sacarose junto com uma quantidade eficaz de uma composição adoçante de alta intensidade. A adoçante de carboidrato de alta intensidade inclui acessulfame K e um de aspartame, sucralose e neotame. Os alimentos formados usando as composições adoçantes de calorias reduzidas da invenção apresentam um perfil de sabor equiparável ao do HFCS 55 e uma redução em calorias de 50% ou mais.
