"APARELHO PARA UTILIZAçãO NA FABRICAçãO DE CONJUNTOS DE PENEIRAS PARA SEPARADORES VIBRATóRIOS, DISPOSIçãO PARA UTILIZAçãO NA FABRICAçãO DE UM CONJUNTO DE PENEIRAS, E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM CONJUNTO DE PENEIRAS". Relaciona-se ao método e aparelhos para fabricar conjuntos de peneiras; método este compreendendo as etapas de colocar uma peneira, um adesivo ativado por calor e um suporte de peneiras em ou sobre um aparelho aquecido para fundir o adesivo ativado por calor, onde a combinação de peneira, adesivo ativado por calor e suporte de peneiras é colocada sobre ou em um prato de prensa de resfriamento, provido com um permutador de calor para facilitar a manutenção da temperatura do prato de prensa para esfriar o adesivo ativado por calor; o aparelho compreende um prato de prensa (31, 41, 32, 42) e um permutador de calor (62, 67) para remover calor do referido prato de prensa; uma pluralidade de elementos (22h) mediante o qual corrente elétrica flui para aquecer referido prato de prensa (21, 22) ; pelo menos um sensor (27a Bf) para medir a temperatura de referido prato de prensa (21, 22); o prato de prensa (21, 22) tendo zonas e uma pluralidade de elementos (22h) mediante o qual corrente elétrica flui; tais elementos (22h) são independentemente controláveis para controlar independentemente a temperatura das referidas zonas.
