A invenção refere-se a compostos bicíclicos de fórmula geral I, em que X, Y representam, independentemente, N ou C-R¬ 4¬; n representa 1, 2, 3, 4 ou 5; R¬ a¬ representa halogênio, ciano, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-alquila, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-alcóxi, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-halogenalquila, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-halogenalcóxi, C~ 2~-C~ 6~-alquenila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~-alquenilóxi ou C(O)R¬ 5¬; R¬ 1¬ indica halogênio, ciano, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-alquila, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-halogenalquila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~-alquenila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~-alquinila, C~ 2~-C~ 8~-cicloalquila, opcionalmente mono ou poli-substituída por alquila e/ou halogênio, C~ 5~-C~ 8~ cicloalquenila, opcionalmente mono ou poli-substituída por alquila e/ou halogênio, OR¬ 6¬, SR¬ 6¬ ou NR¬ 7¬R¬ 8¬; R¬ 2¬ indica halogênio, ciano, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-alquila, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-halogenalquila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~ alquenila, C~ 2~-C~ 6~-alquinila, C~ 3~-C~ 8~-cicloalquila, opcionalmente ou mono ou poli-substituída por alquila e/ou halogênio, C~ 5~-C~ 8~-cicloalquenila, opcionalmente mono ou poli-substituída por alquila e/ou halogênio, OR¬ 6¬, SR¬ 6¬ ou NR¬ 7¬R¬ 8¬ e R¬ 3¬ representa hidrogênio, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-alquila, C~ 1~-C~ 6~-halogenalquila ou C~ 3~-C~ 6~-cicloalquila, opcionalmente mono ou poli-substituída por alquila e/ou halogênio. Dita invenção também refere-se aos sais agriculturalmente aceitáveis de ditos compostos (I), agentes de proteção de plantas, contendo pelo menos um composto de fórmula geral (I) e/ou um sal agriculturalmente aceitável de (I) e pelo menos uma substância veículo líquida ou sólida, bem como um processo para combater fungos fitopatogênicos.
