Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM MODELO DE SUPERFìCIE DE ALTA RESOLUçãO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um modelo de superfície de alta resolução sobre um substrato, bem como, a um corpo de várias camadas (28) fabricado por meio desse processo, e a um dispositivo para a realização do processo. Uma substância de impressão (26) é aplicada sobre o substrato, por meio de um processo de impressão em forma de modelo. Para a estruturação fina do modelo de superfície, antes da aplicação da substância de impressão (26) na superfície do substrato, uma estrutura de superfície microscópica é replicada com uma infinidade de estrias. A estruturação fina do modelo de superfície é determinada pela quantidade de aplicação de substância de impressão (26) aplicada, respectivamente, no local, e pelos respectivos parâmetros de relevo locais, da estrutura de superfície microscópica, em particular, direção de orientação e forma do perfil.
