Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A OXIDAçãO PARCIAL EM FASE GASOSA DE COMPOSTOS PRECURSORES C~ 3~ E/OU C~ 4~ PARA DAR (MET)ACROLEìNA E/OU áCIDO (MET)ACRìLICO". E descrito um processo para a oxidação parcial em fase gasosa de compostos precursores C~ 3~ e/ou C~ 4~ para dar (met)acroleína e/ou ácido (met)acrílico na presença de um catalisador particulado heterogêneo em um reator, possuindo vários módulos de placas de transferência de calor em forma de paralelepípedo (1), cada um compreendendo duas ou mais chapas de transferência de calor paralelas retangulares (2), arranjadas para deixarem um vão (3) entre as mesmas que pode ser preenchido com o catalisador particulado heterogêneo e através do qual a mistura reacional fluida flui, por meio do qual o calor de reação e removido por um agente de transferência de calor fluindo através das placas de transferência de calor (2), que é assim parcialmente evaporado e um casco predominantemente cilíndrico (4, 15, 16), completamente encerrando o módulo de placa de transferência de calor e aliviando a pressão sobre o mesmo que possui em si mesmo uma luva cilíndrica (4) e coifas (15, 16) fechando as suas extremidades, cujo eixo longitudinal está arranjado paralelamente ao plano das placas de transferência de calor (7,23), arranjadas de tal modo que a mistura reacional fluida, além de fluir através dos espaços internos do reator ligados por coifas (15, 16), apenas flui através do vão (3).
