"USO DE UM DISPOSITIVO ELETRÈNICO PARA REGISTRAR DADOS E VESTUáRIO USADO POR UMA PESSOA, EM CONDIçõES REAIS, PARA EXERCER UMA ATIVIDADE, DISTINGUIDA POR ALTOS ESFORçOS MECáNICOS SOBRE O CORPO DA PESSOA". As informações relativas a parâmetros físicos e/ou biomédicos de uma pessoa exercendo, em condições reais, uma atividade, que se distingue por altos esforços físicos é detectada por sensores (10, 12, 16, 18, 20, 22, 30) que são montados sobre, ou formam parte de um vestuário usado durante o exercício da dita atividade em um aparelho de registro eletrónico (100) ou 'registrador de dados'. Vantagens: os dados armazenados podem ser usados por outras pessoas também distantes do local onde a atividade está sendo exercida e/ou em uma ocasião posterior.
