Abstract
"CONVERSãO DE FORMATO DE ARQUIVO DE áUDIO". De acordo com a invenção, a manipulação de dados de áudio pode ser simplificada, tal como, por exemplo, com relação à combinação de canais de áudio individuais para se proporcionarem fluxos de dados de áudio de múltiplos canais, ou para a manipulação geral de um fluxo de dados de áudio, onde um bloco de dados é modificado (56) em um fluxo de dados de áudio (10), dividido em blocos de dados (10a, 10b) com blocos de determinação (14, 16) e dados de áudio de bloco de dados (18), tal como, por exemplo, pela inclusão em, adição a ou substituição de uma parte dos mesmos, em si contendo um indicador de comprimento o qual expressa uma quantidade de dados ou um comprimento dos dados de áudio de bloco, ou uma quantidade de dados ou um comprimento dos blocos de dados, de modo a se proporcionar um segundo fluxo de dados de áudio com blocos de dados modificados. Alternativamente, um fluxo de dados de áudio (10) com ponteiros nos blocos de determinação (14, 10), os quais apontam para os dados de áudio de bloco de determinação (44, 46), alocados aos blocos de determinação, mas distribuídos em vários blocos de dados, é convertido em um fluxo de áudio, onde os dados de áudio de bloco de determinação (44, 46) são combinados para proporcionarem dados de áudio de bloco de determinação coerentes (48). Os dados de áudio de bloco de determinação coerentes (48) podem ser combinados com o bloco de determinação correspondente (14, 16) em um elemento de canal auto-suficiente (52a).
