Abstract

"COMUTADOR". Descreve-se um comutador de palheta operado empurrando-se a porção inferior de uma palheta oscilante para 'ligar' ou 'desligar' o comutador. A borda inferior da palheta pivota para dentro e para fora em torno de sua borda superior. O comutador inclui meio acionador articulado acoplado para ser acionado pela palheta oscilante quando ela é abaixada e para impelir a palheta oscilante de volta à sua posição de saída. Quando a palheta oscilante é empurrada para dentro, ela impele o meio acionador articulado para girar um meio de came em uma primeira direção no sentido horário, ou uma segunda direção no sentido anti-horário. A rotação alternada do came aciona um membro deslizante tendo um seguidor de came para a frente e para trás de um eixo geométrico linear. Uma mola de folha conformada coopera com o seguidor de came para auxiliar no movimento do deslizador e para determinar suas posições de repouso. Um indicador, como um LED, é usado para indicar o estado de condução do comutador. Quando a palheta oscilante é liberada, ela é solicitada pelo meio de acionamento articulado a pivotar de volta à sua posição inicial. A palheta oscilante do comutador não está localizada dentro de uma armação e tem uma superfície ao longo de seu eixo geométrico vertical de primeiro diferencial positivo e segundo diferencial zero, composto de uma combinação de rasgos de chaveta que se estendem entre pontos de distância variada de um plano de dados.
