"TAMPA PARA BEBER E ENTORNAR COM UM RECURSO DE PERFURAR - CORTAR PARA EMBALAGENS COMPOSTAS OU PARA GARGALOS DE RECIPIENTES E GARRAFAS, OS QUAIS ESTãO FECHADOS COM UM MATERIAL DE PELìCULA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma tampa para beber e entornar que compreende um conector de extremidade (1) com um flange radialmente projetado (5) no fundo para soldar sobre uma embalagem composta ou um conector de extremidade (1) com uma cobertura roscada formada no fundo para aparafusar sobre uma rosca de garrafa. The present invention relates to a drinking and spilling cap comprising an end connector (1) with a radially designed flange (5) at the bottom for welding over a composite package or an end connector (1) with a threaded cover formed at the bottom to screw onto a bottle thread. A mouthpiece or spill (2) may be placed over the end connector (1), said spill piece forming a perforation cutter (13) on the inner side of the end connector and said perforation cutter mounting within it as a nipple. With its lower edge (18) it forms at least one drilling tip (17) and from there a slanted cutting edge (18) rises at an angle to the nipple's axis of rotation. Further, the mouthpiece or spill (2) forms a sleeve (7) on the outer side of the end connector, surrounding it. Between the outer side of the end connector (1) and the inner side of the sleeve (7), guiding devices that engage with each other are formed which rotate the mouthpiece or spill (2) over the end connector (1) when the mouthpiece or spill (2) is pressed down over the end connector (1), so that the perforation cutter (13) cuts a disc of composite material or film and this then folds down.
