Abstract

"FECHO DE ESCOADOURO COM DISPOSITIVO DE CORTE PERFURANTE PARA EMBALAGENS COMPOSTAS OU RECIPIENTES FECHADOS COM MATERIAL DE FOLHA". A presente invenção refere-se a um fecho de escoadouro que consiste em um flange (1) para soldagem sobre uma embalagem composta ou sobre o material de folha de um recipiente assim fechado, e uma borda (2) circular, salientando-se para cima, bem como uma tampa (3) e escoadouro combinada, giratoriamente dobrável sobre essa borda (2), que forma o dispositivo de corte perfurante (4). Esse dispositivo de corte perfurante (4) consiste em uma parte (7) da tampa (5), que é encaixável da superfície de tampa em torno de um eixo de pivotamento (11). Dois cortadores perfurantes (9, 20) amoldados ao lado inferior dessa parte (7) atrás de seu eixo de pivotamento (11) nas proximidades de borda da borda de tampa (6) são assim pivotados para baixo além do plano do lado inferior do flange (1) e perfuram a embalagem composta ou folha de vedação se estendendo sob o flange. Depois a tampa e escoadouro (3) é girada sobre a borda de flange (2), de modo que os dois cortadores perfurantes (9, 20) cortam em aproximadamente 360 <198> um disco da embalagem composta ou da folha de vedação e este é depois pivotado para baixo.
