Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE ACOPLAMENTO DE CONDUTO". Um conjunto de acoplamento de conduto é provido para interconectar um par de elementos de transporte de fluido posicionados em uma relação de confronto dentro do conjunto de acoplamento. O conjunto de acoplamento inclui um acoplador longitudinalmente dividido que possui um par de metades de acoplamento giráveis em torno de uma articulação. Uma pluralidade de elementos de engate é montada nas respectivas metades de acoplamento para conectar as metades de acoplamento. A condutividade elétrica e mantida através do conjunto de acoplamento por um arame de ligação em cada uma das metades de acoplamento. Cada arame de ligação provê múltiplos pontos de contato com os flanges metálicos dos elementos de transporte de fluido. Opcionalmente, os flanges dos elementos de transporte de fluido e o conjunto de acoplamento podem ser revestidos com um revestimento condutor que provê, desse modo; um meio redundante para impedir a acumulação de uma carga eletrostática.
