Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA INSERIR E REMOVER UMA UNIDADE DE SUPORTE PARA CILINDROS DE APOIO". Um dispositivo para inserir e extrair uma unidade de suporte (3) de um pino do cilindro (1) do cilindro de apoio de um montante de cilindros, sendo que a unidade de suporte (3) é constituída de uma ferragem com um mancal do pino do cilindro disposto dentro dela, deve ser substituído por dispositivos de operação segura, sem ter que realizar alterações, ou grandes alterações, nos pinos dos cilindros (1) já existentes. Em particular, forças de tração reproduzíveis devem providenciar uma função duradoura, e mais isenta possível de desgaste, e a garantia da mais alta qualidade de rotação, bem como forças de extração facilmente domináveis para uma operação segura dos montantes de cilindros. Para tanto, a presente invenção propõe a adoção de uma porca (8) que pode ser fixada no pino do cilindro (1) e que pode se apoiar na unidade de suporte (3), no estado de tensionamento prévio, e que uma unidade de extração (11) possa ser acoplada temporariamente com a unidade de suporte (3), sendo que um cilindro hidráulico (15) da unidade de extração (11) pode se apoiar no pino do cilindro.
