Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM BRAçO DE LIMPADOR DE PáRA-BRISA, E, BRAçO DE LIMPADOR DE PáRA-BRISA COM LáMINA PLANA DE LIMPADOR DE PáRA-BRISA". Para a fabricação para de um braço de limpador de pára-brisa para sistemas de limpeza de vidro em veículos, uma parte de articulação (14) de braço de limpador de pára-brisa é estampada a partir de um material de chapa metálica, previamente revestido em um lado, e encurvado em uma forma com seção transversal em forma de U. Neste caso, a superfície revestida forma o lado interno da parte de articulação de braço de limpador de pára-brisa. Em seguida, a parte de articulação (14) de braço de limpador de pára-brisa é conjuntamente construída com uma parte de fixação (10) de braço de limpador de pára-brisa por meio de um pino de articulação (18). Em seguida, o braço de limpador de pára-brisa é provido com uma camada de laca por meio de uma técnica de injeção ou pulverização.
