Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM ISOLADO DE PROTEìNA DO LINHO, ISOLADO DE PROTEìNA DO LINHO E PROTEìNA 7S DO LINHO". Isolados de proteína do linho são obtidos em um procedimento no qual grãos oleaginosos do linho são inicialmente extraídos para remover mucilagem dos mesmos antes de esmagar para recuperar o óleo e produzir uma farinha. A farinha de proteína do linho então é processada para recuperar um isolado de proteína do linho da mesma.
