Abstract
"PROTEASES ESPECìFICAS DE UBIQUITINA". A presente invenção refere-se a novos membros da família de enzimas desubiquitinação (DUBs), bem como fragmentos, derivados, e homólogos destes, biologicamente, diagnosticamente ou terapeuticamente úteis, que são úteis em propósitos de pesquisas, biológicos, clínicos, terapêuticos, bem como prognósticos e diagnósticos. Além disso, os polinucleotídeos e polipeptídeos fornecidos pela presente invenção são úteis para o tratamento e diagnose de câncer de mama, leucemia ou distúrbios cerebrais.
