Abstract
"COMPOSIçõES EPóXI DE REVESTIMENTO EM Pó, MéTODO DE PROTEçãO CATóDICA PARA UM MATERIAL METáLICO, PROCESSO DE REVESTIMENTO DE SUBSTRATO METáLICO, SUBSTRATO METáLICO, E PROCESSOS PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO EPóXI DE REVESTIMENTO EM Pó CURáVEL". A presente invenção fornece uma composição de revestimento em pó de epóxi que contém alcanolamina curável que compreende pelo menos uma resina epóxi, pelo menos uma alcanolamina, um agente de cura em quantidade eficaz para curar o revestimento e, opcionalmente, pelo menos um composto de borato de zinco. Além disso, a presente invenção fornece um método de proteção contra a corrosão por cátodos que inclui as etapas de submissão de um substrato metálico a tratamento mecânico, aplicação da composição de revestimento em pó de epóxi que contém alcanolamina curável à superfície do substrato metálico e polarização do material revestido na forma de cátodo. A presente invenção também se refere a um processo de fabricação e aplicação das composições de revestimento em pó de epóxi que contêm alcanolamina de acordo com a presente invenção.
