Abstract
"IMPULSOR DO COMPRESSOR DE UM TURBO ALIMENTADOR APRESENTANDO UM FURO ESCAREADO TRATADO PARA AUMENTAR A RESISTêNCIA à FADIGA INDUZIDA POR ESTRESSE, E APTO A SER CONFIGURADO PARA FORNECER UMA DIMENSãO AXIAL COMPACTA". São fornecidos um impulsor de compressor (16) e técnicas para a manufatura de tal impulsor. O impulsor pode incluir um cubo de roda (21) com um furo escoreado (36) internamente tratado para conferir uma tensão de compressão residual para aumentar a resistência à fadiga induzida por estresse. O tratamento da superfície permite que se estenda o furo escoreado de forma relativamente mais próxima ao plano (30) da tensão máxima típica do impulsor.
