Abstract

"MéTODO DE ESTERIFICAçãO DE AMIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para preparação de um éster de amido orgânico. O método compreende misturar um material de amido com um solvente líquido iónico para dissolver o amido e, em seguida, tratar o amido dissolvido com um agente de esterificação orgânico para formar um éster de amido orgânico e, subseqüentemente, separar o éster de amido orgânico da solução. Os procedimentos de irradiação por microondas e/ou pressão podem ser aplicados para auxiliar na dissolução e esterificação.
