Abstract

"SISTEMA CATALìTICO , PROCESSOS DE PREPARAçãO DE UM SISTEMA CATALìTICO E DE UM COPOLìMERO, E, COPOLìMERO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema catalítico utilizável para o copolímero de um dieno conjugado e de pelo menos uma monoolefina, um processo de preparação deste sistema catalítico, um processo de preparação de um copolímero de um dieno conjugado e de pelo menos uma monoolefina utilizando este sistema catalítico e este copolímero. Este sistema catalítico compreende: (i) um complexo organometálico representado pela fórmula genérica seguinte: (1) {¢P(C~ p~)(Fl)Ln(X)(L~ x~)}~ p~ onde Ln representa um átomo de lantanídeo, ao qual é ligada uma molécula de ligando compreendendo os grupos ciclopentadienila C~ p~ e fluorenila Fl, ligados, entre si, por uma ponte P de fórmula MR¬ 1¬R¬ 2¬, onde M é um elemento de coluna IVA e onde R¬ 1¬ e R¬ 2¬, idênticos ou diferentes, representam, cada um, grupos alquila tendo de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono ou então os grupos cicloalquila ou fenila tendo de 6 a 20 átomos de carbono, onde X representa um átomo de halogênio podendo ser o cloro, o flúor, o bromo ou o iodo, onde L compreende uma molécula complexante opcional, tal como um éter, e eventualmente uma molécula sensivelmente menos complexante, como o tolueno, onde p é um inteiro natural igual ou superior a 1 e x é igual ou superior a 0, e (ii) um co-catalisador pertencendo ao grupo constituído por alquil magnésios, alquil lítios, alquil alumínios, os reagentes de Grignard e as misturas destes constituintes.
