Abstract

"MéTODO PARA DISSOCIAçãO DE CéLULAS". A presente invenção se refere a um método para dissociação das células segundo o qual as células são tratadas em condições de pH, de temperatura e de cisalhamento tal que se obtém uma mistura de ghosts de parede celular e citoplasma. Preferivelmente, as células são cozidas a jato em um pH alcalino para formar uma mistura intermediária, e a mistura intermediária é subsequentemente cozida a jato. Geralmente, as células se dissociam, de forma que ao menos um componente da parede celular separada esteja substancialmente separado das paredes celulares dissociadas.
