Abstract
"PROCEDIMENTO PARA MOER FIBRAS DE PAPEL OU FIBRAS DE PASTA". A presente invenção se refere a um procedimento que serve para moer fibras de papel em suspensão aquosa, ou fibras de material fibroso. Neste contexto, é formada uma região de moagem que se encontra entre a parede interna de um tambor rotativo do moinho, por exemplo, de um cilindro de moagem (1) e pelo menos um cilindro do moinho (2, 2<39>) que gira junto com um eixo de rotação fixo. Em função da rotação do cilindro de moagem (1), uma camada de líquido (8) se forma sobre sua parede interna e chega, assim, entre o cilindro do moinho (2, 2<39>) e o cilindro de moagem (1) , que são pressionados um contra o outro. Um fluxo constante de líquido contendo as fibras de papel ou as fibras de pasta em suspensão aquosa é conduzido para dentro da camada de líquido (8) e é novamente removido dela. Em formas de execução especiais do procedimento em conformidade com a presente invenção, o transporte axial pelo comprimento total do tambor do moinho é apoiado através de dispositivos de transporte fixos, como, por exemplo, vigas transversais (14) apresentando pás fixas (15).
