Abstract

"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA SELEçãO DE TAXA DE UPLINK NA PRESENçA DE MúLTIPLOS CANAIS DE TRANSPORTE EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO SEM FIO". São descritos sistemas e métodos para selecionar taxas de dados às quais transmitir dados através de um uplink primário na presença de um ou mais canais de uplink secundários. Uma modalidade compreende um método que inclui determinar as probabilidades associadas aos números de tentativas de transmissão de dados, determinar o número de vezes que transmissões de dados pendentes foram tentadas, determinar as probabilidades associadas às transmissões de dados e alocar potência para a transmissão dos dados em um quadro sucessivo com base nas probabilidades afins. Numa modalidade, é selecionada inicialmente a taxa de dados suportável mais elevada para um uplink primário. Em seguida, é alocada potência para um conjunto mínimo de canais no uplink primário. Em seguida, é alocada potência para as transmissões de dados pendentes no uplink secundário. O nível de potência máximo para o transceptor é então ajustado de modo a dar canta da potência alocada, e a taxa de dados suportável mais elevada para o uplink primário é recomputada.
