Abstract
"COMPOSTOS, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA E RESPECTIVOS MéTODOS DE PREPARAçãO DE TRATAMENTO DE INFECçãO MICROBIANA E DE EXTERMìNIO DE MICROORGANISMO E USOS". São apresentados compostos de óxido de sulfenamida da fórmula geral (I), em que A, R~ 1~, R~ 2~, X~ 1~, X~ 1~<39>, X~ 2~, X~ 2~<39>, X~ 3~, X~ 4~, X~ 4~<39>, X~ 5~ e X~ 5~<39> definem muitas variáveis e em que q é O ou 1 e p é 1 ou 2. Os compostos apresentados nos exemplos são os compostos de óxido de sulfenamida galactofuranosil e glucofuranosil, em que a variável A é o oxigenio. Também são apresentados métodos de síntese dos compostos de fórmula geral (I), composições farmacêuticas que os contenham e métodos de uso no tratamento de pacientes que estejam sofrendo de infecção microbiana.
