Abstract
"PROCESSO DE TêMPERA POR GáS QUE UTILIZA UMA INSTALAçãO DE RECICLAGEM". Processo de têmpera por um gás do tipo em que se dispõe de uma célula de têmpera (V1) destinada a receber objetos a temperar com o auxílio de um gás de têmpera e no qual se dispõe de um balão (V2) adaptado para conter gás de têmpera, caracterizado pelo fato de se proceder, após uma operação de têmpera, com a reciclagem de todo ou parte do gás contido na célula (V1) da seguinte forma: - se dispõe de um primeiro balão de estocagem intermediário (V3), apto a receber gás de têmpera proveniente da célula; - se procede, após uma operação de têmpera, a uma ou várias operações de esvaziamento parcial do conteúdo da célula (V1) no primeiro balão de estocagem intermediário (V3) por um equilíbrio de pressão parcial ou completo os dois volumes da célula (V1) e do primeiro balão de estocagem intermediário; - se procede à transferência do gás estocado nesse primeiro balão de estocagem intermediário (V3) para o balão tampão (V2); - se repete, se for o caso, uma parte do conteúdo da célula (V1) ao ar livre.
