Abstract

"QUEIMADOR PARA UM COMBUSTOR DE TURBINA DE GáS". O presente pedido de patente refere-se a queimadores para motores de turbina de gás que utilizam uma chama piloto para ajudar a sustentar e a estabilizar o processo de combustão. Uma realização dos queimadores descritos inclui, entre outros, um invólucro do queimador, um combustor piloto e um esfriador. O invólucro do queimador possui partes de extremidade a montante e a jusante axialmente opostas. Adicionalmente, o invólucro tem pelo menos uma passagem de entrada de combustível principal e pelo menos uma passagem de entrada de ar principal, as quais são adaptadas para alimentar o combustível e o ar, respectivamente, em uma câmara interna definida no invólucro. O combustor piloto é disposto ao longo do eixo geométrico do invólucro do queimador e tem uma entrada para receber uma mistura rica em combustível e ar, uma câmara de combustão dentro da qual a mistura rica em combustível e ar é queimada como produtos da combustão, e uma saída para a exaustão dos produtos de combustão da câmara de combustão. O esfriador é disposto dentro da câmara interna do invólucro do queimador ao longo do eixo geométrico central e posicionado na saída do combustor piloto. O esfriador tem uma entrada de ar e uma pluralidade de saídas de ar radialmente orientadas para dirigir o ar de refrigeração para a saída do combustor piloto e esfriar os produtos de combustão emitidos pelo combustor piloto.
