Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE METILAMINAS POR REAçãO EM FASE GASOSA DE METANOL E AMÈNIA COMO EDUTOS". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de metilaminas por meio de reação em fase gasosa de metanol e amónia como extratos na presença de um catalisador heterogêneo a uma pressão na região de 15 - 30 bars. Os ditos extratos são vaporizados em um ou em vários trocadores de calor (1,2, 3) para superaquecer um fluxo gasoso do extrato e são subseqüentemente dirigidos para um reator (4). Os extratos podem ser misturados nas entradas de um dos trocadores de calor (1, 2, 3) ou em uma posição restante em um trocador de calor (1,2,3). Um fluxo gasoso do produto que contém monometilamina, dimetilamina e trimetilamina, além dos produtos auxiliares da reação, é removido do reator (4). Para regular a temperatura de admissão ao reator dos extratos a uma temperatura na região de 360<198>C - 370<198>C, o fluxo gasoso do extrato ou o fluxo gasoso do produto é direcionado parcialmente ou completamente através de uma válvula (5) ajustável que permite que a pressão e a temperatura de condensação sejam variadas.
