Abstract
"APARELHO PARA PROCESSAR UMA AMOSTRA DE FLUIDO, USO DE UM APARELHO, MéTODO PARA PROCESSAR UMA AMOSTRA DE FLUIDO, USO DE UM MATERIAL AGLUTINANTE EM UM MéTODO, E, TAMPA ADEQUADA PARA FECHAMENTO DE UM VASO". Esta invenção refere-se a um aparelho para processar uma amostra de fluido compreendendo: (i) uma plataforma que compreende: (a) uma câmara adequada para receber uma amostra; e (b) um componente funcional; (ii) um braço capaz de ser levantado e abaixado e que inclui um meio para se anexar de modo removível ao componente funcional, de modo que o mencionado componente possa ser levantado e abaixado com o braço; e (iii) um meio para mover a plataforma, de modo que qualquer câmara ou componente funcional possa ser alinhado com relação ao braço. Esta invenção refere-se também a um método de processar uma amostra de fluido e uso do mencionado aparelho e mencionado método para processar uma amostra antes de uma reação de amplificação de ácido nucléico.
