Abstract
"BOCAL DE IMERSãO E MéTODO PARA LINGOTAMENTO CONTìNUO DE AçO". Um bocal para lingotamento contínuo de um aço puro capaz de eliminar a adesão de inclusões de A1~ 2~O~ 3~ na superfície de parede do furo interno do bocal e desenvolver suficientemente o efeito de uma palheta de turbilhonamento como uma medida contra o desvio do fluxo de aço em fusão que escoa para baixo no furo interno do bocal no lingotamento contínuo de aço em fusão. O bocal é formado de um refratário fabricado controlando uma porcentagem em peso de CaO/MgO e uma porosidade aparente e a palheta de turbilhonamento é instalada no furo interno em que uma camada interna de 3 a 20 mm de espessura é formada como um refratário anular. Assim, a adesão de inclusões de A1~ 2~O~ 3~ na superfície de parede do furo interno e na palheta de turbilhonamento pode ser efetivamente impedida por um longo período. Uma vez que gás inerte é injetado entre o bocal superior e a posição superior da palheta de turbilhonamento, a mistura de inclusões de A1~ 2~O~ 3~ no aço em fusão pode ser suprimida pela promoção da subida das inclusões para executar estavelmente a operação e prover uma excelente qualidade de aço altamente puro.
