Abstract

"MéTODO PARA O PREPARO DE UMA BEBIDA ADEQUADA PARA CONSUMO, CONJUNTO PARA USO EM UM APARELHO COMO UMA MáQUINA DE CAFé PARA O PREPARO DE UMA BEBIDA ADEQUADA PARA CONSUMO, RECIPIENTE COLETOR, RETENTOR DE ADITIVO, E, APARELHO PARA O PREPARO DE UMA BEBIDA ADEQUADA PARA CONSUMO". Um método para o preparo de uma bebida adequada para consumo, como, por exemplo, cappuccino, onde é feito uso de pelo menos uma almofada de extração (44) extração pelo menos carregada com um produto a ser extraído, como café moído (45), e pelo menos um retentor de aditivo (32) pelo menos carregado com uma substância solúvel, como um flavorizante e/ou odorizador e/ou colorante solúveis, mais em particular, como uma cremeira instantânea e/ou líquida, extração pelo menos carregada com um produto a ser extraído, como café moído, e pelo menos um retentor de aditivo pelo menos carregado com uma substância solúvel, como um flavorizante e/ou odorizador e/ou colorante solúveis mais em particular, como uma cremeira instantânea e/ou líquida (35), o método compreendendo adicionalmente as seguintes etapas: a almofada de extração (44) e o retentor de aditivo (32) serem posicionados um em relação ao outro de modo que a ficarem livres um do outro; água quente ser prensada sob pressão através da almofada de extração (44) e ser contatada pela substância solúvel para obter um extrato com a substância solúvel dissolvida no mesmo; o extrato com a substância solúvel (35) dissolvida no mesmo é alimentado sob pressão a pelo menos um bocal (28) para obter um jato de extrato; e o jato de extrato ser apontado para uma superfície de impacto (16) para obter uma bebida adequada para consumo com uma camada de espuma, como um cappuccino.
