Abstract
"MATERIAL MAGNéTICO MACIO E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO". Um método para produzir um material magnético macio compreende uma etapa, na qual uma pluralidade de partículas magnéticas compostas (30), cada uma das quais está composta de uma partícula magnética metálica (10) e de um filme de revestimento isolante (20) cobrindo a superfície da partícula magnética metálica (10), é moldada em uma compactação, e outra etapa, na qual a compactação é submetida a um tratamento térmico a não menos de 400<198>C e não mais de 900<198>C. O filme de revestimento isolante (20) contém pelo menos um elemento escolhido do grupo que consiste em enxofre, selênio, titânio e alumínio. Por ter uma constituição desse tipo, o material magnético macio resultante pode ter as características magnéticas desejadas.
