Abstract

"IMPULSIONADOR DE AR PARA APERFEIçOAR O ESPALHAMENTO DE PICADOR DE PALHA EM UMA COLHEITADEIRA COMBINADA". Uma colheitadeira combinada com um sistema de separação de palha que inclui um picador de palha e montagem de descarga montada para receber a palha e tendo um rotor para picar a palha e para geração de uma corrente de palha picada para espalhar a palha picada. Uma fonte pneumática de ar é fornecida de preferência acionada separadamente e remotamente do rotor para geração de uma corrente de ar tendo um duto de saída formando uma corrente de ar. O ar é utilizado quer para ajudar a ação de espalhamento do picador e pode ser controlado individualmente por válvulas. Se utilizado para ajudar a corrente de ar do picador ele é alimentado na saída do picador traseiro ou dirigido na parede guia em um arranjo de picador interno para dirigir maior velocidade de ar sobre as aletas guia ajudando o espalhamento dos materiais picados.
