Abstract

"SISTEMA DE VáLVULA DE GAVETA PARA UMA MáQUINA DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO E APARELHO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO". Sistema de válvula de gaveta para uma máquina de moldagem por injeção, tendo uma unidade de válvula de gaveta configurada pra ficar em contato com um manifold de uma máquina de moldagem por injeção para despachar um fluxo de plástico em fusão de um sistema de corredor de distribuição de material em fusão para uma câmara de injeção. A unidade de válvula de gaveta tem um pino de válvula para controlar o fluxo de plástico em fusão de um sistema de corredor de distribuição de material em fusão pra uma câmara de injeção e uma unidade de ativação acoplada à unidade de válvula de gaveta. A unidade de ativação é configurada para ser montada externamente a uma unidade de molde que aloja a câmara de injeção. Em adição, a unidade de ativação tem um elemento que se estende através da unidade de molde para encaixar o pino de válvula, de modo a controlar o fluxo de plástico em fusão de um sistema de corredor de distribuição para uma câmara de injeção.
