Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PRESSURIZAR GáS QUE FLUI EM UMA TUBULAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho auxiliar para aumentar a altura de pressão de um gás que flui em uma tubulação que pode ser provido por pelo menos uma turbina a gás que opera um primeiro meio de aumento de pressão, o dito aparelho auxiliar compreendendo: uma turbina a vapor operativamente conectada a um segundo meio de aumento de pressão; um primeiro meio de conexão para prover uma comunicação de fluido entre a dita tubulação e o dito segundo meio de aumento de pressão; um segundo meio de conexão para prover uma comunicação de fluido entre o dito primeiro meio de aumento de pressão e o dito segundo meio de aumento de pressão; e um meio de aquecimento para vaporizar um fluido de trabalho da dita turbina a vapor. Em uma modalidade, um meio de derivação para a dita tubulação que tem um conduto de derivação e um sistema de válvulas de bloqueio estão providos para conectar o dito primeiro meio de aumento de pressão na porção a jusante da dita tubulação através de um conduto de derivação. Em uma modalidade adicional, o vaporizador do fluido de trabalho utiliza o calor de um fluido intermediário. Mais ainda, de acordo com a presente invenção, um método está provido para aumentar a altura de pressão de um gás que flui em uma tubulação para transportar o gás natural em um sistema de transmissão de tubulação de gás natural.
