Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA REALIZAçãO DE UM TRATAMENTO QUìMICO OU FìSICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para tratamento químico ou físico, compreendendo uma estrutura (2), na qual é disposta uma plataforma giratória (5) de forma rotativa. Vasos de reação (7) são dispostos na plataforma giratória (5) e uma diferente conexão entre as linhas de alimentação/descarga, as quais são conectadas de modo fixo à estrutura (2) e aos vasos de ração (7), é constantemente fornecida através de uma unidade de válvula (8). A unidade de válvula (8) compreende dois discos (9, 10), cada qual fornecido com portas que são posicionadas de modo oposto entre si em posições constantemente modificadas. A fim de minimizar o tempo não-operacional, é realizado um movimento de graduação utilizando a plataforma giratória (5). No caso de instalações relativamente grandes, para prevenir forças associadas de afetarem o movimento da unidade de válvula, se propõe que a unidade de válvula (9) seja encaixada diretamente na plataforma giratória (5) e que a plataforma giratória (4) seja acionada diretamente pelo motor (12).
