Abstract
"Pó DE óXIDO DE METAL DE VáLVULA E PROCESSO PARA A SUA PREPARAçãO". A invenção refere-se a um método para produzir um pó de óxido de metal de válvula, especialmente de um pó de Nb~ 2~O~ 5~ ou Ta~ 2~0~ 5~, mediante reação contínua de um composto de metal de válvula contendo fluoreto com uma base na presença de água e subseqüente calcinação do produto resultante, sendo que a reação citada é efetuada em um recipiente de reação simples a uma temperatura de pelo menos 45<198>C. A invenção refere-se também aos pós de óxido de metal de válvula obtidos pelo método, tais pós com uma morfologia esférica, um valor D~ 50~ entre 10 e 80 <109>m e uma superfície BET elevada.
