Abstract

"TUBO NãO LIGADO FLEXìVEL, E, MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção diz respeito a um tubo não ligado flexível que compreende um forro interno capaz de formar uma barreira contra efluxo de um fluido que é transportado através do tubo, e uma ou mais camadas de armação no lado externo do forro interno. O tubo não ligado flexível compreende pelo menos uma camada de polimero e uma camada de filme, a dita camada de polímero sendo ligada à dita camada de filme. A camada de filme pode, preferivelmente, ser uma camada de filme metálico, tal com filme de alumínio, filme de aço inoxidável ou filme duplo. A camada de polímero pode, preferivelmente, ser polietileno reticulado. A ligação interfacial entre a camada de polímero e a camada de filme deve ser, preferivelmente, forte o suficiente para impedir a criação de bolsas de gás entre as camadas, quando submetidas a uma maior pressão de fluidos agressivos (hidrogênio, sulfetos, metano e dióxido de carbono) no lado do filme do tubo. Assim, é possível proteger a(s) camada(s) de armação de fluidos agressivos.
