Abstract
"MATERIAL COMPOSTO PARA MANCAL DESLIZANTE". Objetivo da presente invenção é um material composto de mancal de deslizamento com uma camada carreadora de aço e uma camada de deslizamento insolúvel nela aplicada de uma liga de mancal de alumínio livre de chumbo consistindo em 4,4 -6 % em peso de zinco, 2,5 - 6,0 % em peso de bismuto, 1,0 - 2,0 % em peso de silício, 0,8 - 1,2 % em peso de cobre e 0,2 - 0,8 % em peso de magnésio, assim como opcionalmente, titânio, níquel, manganês, estanho, respectivamente até no máximo 0,2 % em peso e mais opcionalmente ferro com no máximo 0,6% em peso, e mais opcionalmente outros aditivos com impurezas, de respectivamente no máximo 0,1% em peso, cuja quantidade total na soma não é mais do que 1% em peso, sendo que a liga do mancal de alumínio forma um cristal misto de alumínio supersaturado com zinco, no qual zinco se apresenta em uma distribuição fina por calcinação da solução e em seguida resfriamento brusco.
