Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE EMBUTIMENTO PARA PASTA FLUIDA DE FIBRA REALçADA". Um dispositivo de embutimento (20) para uso em uma linha de produção (10) de painéis estruturais onde uma pasta fluida (16) é transportada sobre um transportador móvel (14) em relação a uma armação de suporte (12) , e fibras retalhadas (18) são depositadas sobre a pasta fluida (16), inclui um primeiro eixo alongado (22) fixado à armação de suporte (12 ) e possuindo uma primeira pluralidade de discos axialmente espaçados (32), um segundo eixo alongado (24) fixado à armação de suporte (12) e possuindo uma segunda pluralidade de discos axialmente espaçados (32), o referido primeiro eixo (22) estando posicionado em relação ao referido segundo eixo (24) de modo que os discos (32) se entrelacem entre si. A relação de entrelaçamento intensifica o embutimento das fibras (18) na pasta fluida (16) e também impede entupimento do dispositivo por partículas de pasta fluida solidificadas prematuramente.
