Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO DE MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS PARA PRODUZIR PAINéIS AGLUTINANTES ESTRUTURAIS DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA REFORçADOS POR FIBRA". Um processo de múltiplas camadas para produzir painéis estruturais aglutinantes, inclui: (a) fornecer uma trama móvel; (b) uma deposição de uma primeira camada de fibras soltas sobre a trama; (c) deposição de uma camada de pasta fluida solidificável sobre a trama; (d) deposição de uma segunda camada de fibras soltas sobre a pasta fluida; (e) embutimento da referida segunda camada de fibras na pasta fluida e (f) repetição das etapas (c) a (e) até que seja obtido o número desejado de camadas de pasta fluida solidificável de fibra realçada. São também fornecidos um painel estrutural produzido pelo presente processo, um aparelho adequado para produzir painéis estruturais aglutinantes de acordo com o presente processo, e um painel estrutural aglutinante com múltiplas camadas, cada camada criada pela deposição de uma camada de pasta fluida solidificável sobre uma trama móvel, deposição de fibras sobre a pasta fluida e embutimento das fibras na pasta fluida de modo que cada referida camada seja formada integralmente com as camadas adjacentes.
