Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA MISTURAR, SECAR E REVESTIR MATERIAIS A GRANEL, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR CATALISADORES SUPORTADOS". A invenção está relacionada a dispositivo para mistura, secagem e revestimento de material a granel em pó, granular ou moldado, em um leito fluidizado, e em particular, um método para a produção de catalisadores suportados para oxidações em fase gasosa, com um recipiente (10), para conter o material a granel, e onde, um recesso em forma de disco (17) é proporcionado em uma região inferior (13) do recipiente (10), um tubo central (27) para introdução de um gás, onde o tubo central entra por uma região superior (12) do recipiente (10) e se estende de forma essencialmente axial para baixo para dentro do recipiente (10) e se abre no recesso (17), uma placa defletora essencialmente anular (29) fixada ao tubo central (27) na região superior (12) do recipiente (10), um anel guia (31) disposto na região inferior (13) do recipiente (10) o qual circunda o tubo central 927) sobre uma parte do comprimento do mesmo e de forma essencialmente concêntrica, com uma separação (L) tal que uma primeira passagem (34) é formada entre a parede do recipiente (10) e a borda superior do recesso e a extremidade inferior (33) do anel guia (31), sendo uma segunda saída (36) formada entre a placa defletora (29) e a borda superior (35) do anel guia (31), e meios para a introdução de um fluido no recipiente (10), tal como, por exemplo, bocais (21). Tal dispositivo é caracterizado pelo fato de que a parede externa do tubo central (27) é, pelo menos parcialmente, provida com um revestimento não-aderente (38). Em uma forma de realização preferida, a separação (L) entre a parede do tubo central (27) e a parede do anel guia (27) é maior que a altura aberta (H3) da primeira passagem (34). A invenção está relacionada ainda a método para produção de catalisadores suportados, com o uso de tal dispositivo.
