Abstract

"MéTODO DE AFROUXAMENTO POR IMPACTO DE JUNTAS ROSQUEADAS EM UMA PERFURAçãO DE ROCHA, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA DETECTAR AFROUXAMENTO POR IMPACTO DE JUNTAS ROSQUEADAS EM PERFURAçãO DE ROCHA". é descrito um método para afrouxar juntas rosqueadas por impacto na perfuração de rocha, por meio do qual vibrações de uma coluna de perfuração (1) são detectadas ao mesmo tempo em que a máquina de perfurar rocha (2) exerce impactos na coluna de perfuração (1) sem alimentação da coluna de perfuração (1) contra o terreno (3), em que as vibrações detectadas são fornecidas a uma ferramenta de análise (4), em que as vibrações detectada são comparadas com padrões de vibração conhecidos pela ferramenta de análise e em que um sinal é transmitido a um sistema de controle (5) para controlar a máquina de perfuração de rocha (2) para parar o dispositivo de impacto da máquina de perfuração de rocha quando a ferramenta de análise detectar que as vibrações detectadas correspondem ao padrão de vibração conhecido que marca que as juntas rosqueadas afrouxaram pelo impacto. O dispositivo para detectar alívio de impacto das juntas rosqueadas na perfuração da rocha compreendendo uma máquina de perfurar rocha (2) móvel ao longo de uma viga de alimentação (6) para exercer impactos na coluna de perfuração (1), tendo um dispositivo (7) para detectar vibrações da coluna de perfuração (1), uma ferramenta de análise (4) para comparar as vibrações detectadas com padrões de vibração conhecidos, em que a ferramenta de análise (4) fica arranjada para transmitir as vibrações detectadas correspondentes ao padrão de vibração conhecido que marca que as juntas rosqueadas foram afrouxadas pelo impacto e um sistema de controle (5) para controlar a máquina de perfuração de rocha (2), por meio do que o sistema de controle (5) fica arranjado para desligar o dispositivo de impacto da máquina de perfuração de rocha (2) quando a ferramenta de análise transmitir o sinal.
