Abstract

"CHAPA DE EXPANSãO". A patente se refere a uma chapa de expansão (5, 10) para um rolo de sucção ou soprador de uma máquina para fabricação e/ou processamento de uma folha de papel, cartão, tissue ou uma outra folha de massa fibrosa (2), com uma camisa de rolo (1) giratória e perfurada e pelo menos uma região de pressão (9) que se estende sobre uma parte da circunferência de rolo e que é formada por uma caixa de pressão fixa (6) no interior do rolo, aberta no lado da camisa de rolo (1), onde a caixa de pressão (6) está conectada com uma fonte de vácuo ou de pressão e está vedada em relação com a camisa de rolo (1) com pelo menos um elemento de vedação (7). A emissão de barulho deve ser diminuída aqui pelo fato de que, pelo menos basicamente, impermeável a ar, pode encostar lateralmente em, pelo menos, um elemento de vedação (7), ter um percurso circunferencial dentro do rolo, e, situada fora da caixa de pressão (6), estar nas proximidades de uma parede lateral de pelo menos uma caixa de pressão (6), e, tanto dentro quanto fora da camisa de rolo (1), estar em contato com a camisa de rolo (1) ou ter uma distância menor de 100 mm da mesma.
