Abstract

"PANO DE REFORçO INFUSìVEL DESPROVIDO DE PREGAS E MATERIAL REFORçADO COMPOSTO DELE". A presente invenção se refere a um pano composto (2), tendo uma pluralidade de grupos de fibras curtas alinhados coaxialmente, substancialmente paralelos (5, 7), cada um dos ditos grupos de fibras curtas tendo uma ou mais fibras curtas (4), em que uma porção dos ditos grupos de fibras curtas contêm duas ou mais fibras curtas, em que o espaçamento entre as fibras curtas em um grupo delas é inferior àquele entre grupos de fibras curtas adjacentes. O espaçamento entre os grupos de fibras curtas adjacentes forma canais de escoamento, que permitem que a resina escoe uniforme e rapidamente pelo pano. Isso resulta em um tempo de processamento mais curto e uma distribuição de resina mais consistente, diminuindo a probabilidade de áreas desprovidas de resina dentro do laminado curado.
