Abstract

"LINGOTAMENTO POR CORREIAS DE METAIS NãO-FERROSOS E LEVES E EQUIPAMENTO PARA TAL LINGOTAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma correia de lingotamento para uso em um equipamento de correia única ou de correia dupla. A correia de lingotamento é feita de liga de alumínio tal como uma liga dos sistemas AA5XXX e AA6XXX, preferivelmente tendo uma espessura na faixa de 1 a 2 mm. A correia de lingotamento de alumínio da invenção é adequada para lingotar metais não-ferrosos e leves tais como alumínio, magnésio, cobre, zinco e suas ligas, especialmente ligas de alumínio tais como os sistemas de ligas AI-Mg, AI-Mg-Si, AI-Fe-Si e AI-Fe-Mn-Si. Também são descritos uma máquina de lingotamento por correia e um processo usando a correia de lingotamento de aluminio da invenção.
