Abstract
"SENSOR DE PRESSãO FABRY-PEROT REFORçADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sensor de pressão e sistema para a medição de mudanças de pressão, especialmente em ambientes difíceis, são descritos. O sensor de pressão possui uma cavidade ótica Fabry-Perot formada dentro de um tubo com um espelho refletivo parcial fornecido por uma extremidade da fibra e um espelho refletivo fornecido por uma extremidade de um bujão, com um espaço formado entre os mesmos. O sensor de pressão pode ser disposto na câmara de sensor de um alojamento possuindo uma abertura dentro do ambiente a ser monitorado. Alternativamente, um meio de isolamento pode isolar o sensor do ambiente enquanto comunica as mudanças de pressão para a câmara de sensor. Em outra modalidade a câmara de sensor é preenchida com um material compressível que não flui.
