Abstract
"BASE DE VáLVULA DO MOTOR, MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DA MESMA E CABEçOTE DE CILINDRO DO MOTOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um combustível de motor essencialmente consistindo em álcool pode conter uma quantidade relativamente grande de água em comparação com a gasolina ou o óleo diesel convencionais, de modo que quando a água possivelmente penetra em uma espaço entre uma base de válvula de admissão e uma parte de recepção da montagem de um cabeçote de cilindro onde a base da válvula é para ser montada quando o combustível de motor essencialmente consistindo em álcool junto com ar é introduzido em um cilindro através de uma entrada de ar possuindo a base da válvula de admissão. A medida que uma camada de chapeamento 14 é formada na superfície de uma válvula baseada em ferro de um corpo principal da base da válvula 17 proporcionado em uma parte de recepção da montagem 13 formada em uma entrada de ar 6 de um cabeçote de cilindro 2 feito de uma liga de alumínio, a camada de chapeamento 14 fica entre o cabeçote do cilindro 2 e o corpo principal da base da válvula 17, de modo que a diferença de potencial entre metais dissimilares para a parte de recepção da montagem 13 e para o corpo principal da base da válvula 17 é reduzida através da água, desse modo impedindo a corrosão galvânica.
