Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA DE PRODUçãO DE MOLAS A PARTIR DE ARAME DE áREA SECCIONAL TRANSVERSAL CIRCULAR OU OUTRA áREA SECCIONAL TRANSVERSAL". Método de produção de molas produzidas de arame de área de corte transversal circular ou área de corte transversal de outro tipo, que são produzidas após terem formado primeiras molas (6) de diâmetro constante menor ou igual àquele da mola final (7), e de passo constante menor ou igual àquele menor passo da mola final (7), onde comprimindo-se em um modo controlado a volta da mola da mola inicial (6) a partir da direção interior em direção à direção exterior, e a partir do lado inferior em direção à direção espiral, o passo selecionado e o diâmetro selecionado da mola final (7) são formados. A invenção também se refere a um sistema que é compreendido de um rolo principal (1) com rolos de movimento (2), (3), (4) que estão contactando-o perifericamente e um pino (5) em um cotovelo (12) que é conectado a um eixo (10) situado sob uma base (11) que é capaz de mover-se ao longo de seu eixo geométrico longitudinal e girar ao redor do mesmo, transmitindo, através do cotovelo (12), o movimento para o pino (5) de modo a formar o diâmetro e o passo da mola final (7).
